Since 1907 the Bureau of Explosives has been updating and publishing the regulations for transporting hazardous materials, before the US and Canadian government regulators took up the task.

B. The BE114T is a complete book perfectly suited for economical training purposes. We provide you with a recent, but not the current copy of the book. The regulations rarely change as it pertains to the training requirements.
